With the addition of Navistar, Inc. the two story office building at Loudon Square is now 100% leased. Office and medical office opportunities still exist in the second stand alone building on the site.

We are happy to announce the signing of a new tenant to Loudon Square, Daniel Pasek Consulting, LLC. will be leasing approximately 1,035 sq/ft on the second floor with a projected July 2011 opening. Now just 1,650 sq/ft of office space remains.

We are happy to announce the signing of a new tenant to Loudon Square. the dental firm of Esmay and Polsinello, P.C. will be leasing approximately 3450 sq/ft on the second floor with a projected June 2011 opening.
We would like to welcome Albany IVF to Loudon Square. The fertility and gynecology specialists have moved up from 349 Northern Blvd in Albany and are occupying the first floor of the office building. Albany IVF's new facility is open for business.
Last Office Space Available: Now only 1,650 sq/ft of office space is left in the building as well as a pad site available for build to suit.
