No project is too large as proven with our 2004 development of a custom 64,620 square foot office/warehouse space in Latham, New York, which is now home to GE Electric Supply. We worked quickly with GE to build them a building that is tailored to their every need and did so in an efficient manner. The entire process including obtaining the necessary permits and construction of the building was a mere 9 months. Negotiations began in January of 2004 and their store was open for business September 1st.
