July 20, 2010: We would like to welcome our newest tenant, Albany IVF, to our new office building at Loudon Square. The fertility and gynecology clinic will be moving from 349 Northern Blvd in Albany and occupying the first floor of the building. Construction on their new facility is scheduled to be complete in August.
