December 7, 2012: We are happy to announce that we have signed a lease with Berkshire Bank for the pad site at our project Loudon Square in Loudonville. Berkshire's new Loudonville branch is expected to be open for business in 2013 and the lease completes the Loudon Square project.
November 25, 2012: We are happy to announce that we have signed a lease with FIT Bootcamps at our building at 8 Petra Lane in Colonie. The new facility will be 6,850 sq/ft and is expected to be open for business in January 2013.
September 19, 2012: In June Crisafulli Associates was hired by D&D Power, Inc. a growing electrical contractor, to find a new location for their corporate headquarters. The property they needed to find was unique in it's blend of both office and warehouse space. We are able to quickly identify a compatible property and negotiate a lease with the owner, The Beltrone Group, on behalf of our client. D&D has recently moved into their new 19,400 sq/ft building at 16 Hemlock Street in Latham.
September 9, 2012: Sold! In June we were hired to sell a three bedroom ranch at 7 Leslie Court in Loudonville. We had the property under contract within three weeks of taking the on the listing and two months later the home has now closed.
